Chaplaincy

St. Joseph’s Chaplaincy is at the heart of the school’s Catholic ethos, providing time, encouragement and support to staff and students alike. It is an integral part of St. Joseph’s school life, providing a friendly, safe space which is open and available to all. Through prayer, reflection, student retreats, chapel lessons, assemblies, liturgies and pastoral activities, the Chaplaincy at St. Joseph’s reaches out to all within the school community.

Within our school, we have a desire to make the Gospel values part of our daily life. Our Chaplaincy encourages this by providing opportunities to grow deeper in faith and action, just as Jesus asked us. By reaching out to our brothers in sisters in Christ, both locally and world-wide, we endeavour to share God’s message of love and charity.

Our Chaplaincy is open to all and accepts everyone just as they are. Through the example of St. Joseph, we pray that we can continue to work together so to manifest ‘Christ through the Presence of Each Other’.
